At PureWeave, we aim to ensure a smooth shopping experience from order to delivery. Please read the following policy regarding delivery times and returns.


Delivery Policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 5–7 working days after payment has been successfully received.

Processing includes order verification, preparation, and packaging before the item is dispatched.

Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.


Delivery Time

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery typically takes 5–10 working days, depending on the delivery location and courier services.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control, including courier delays or peak seasons.


Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information when placing an order.

PureWeave cannot be held responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.


Returns Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, the following conditions apply.

Return Eligibility

Items may be returned provided that:

• The item is unused and undamaged
• The item is returned in its original condition
• The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the order

PureWeave reserves the right to refuse returns if the item does not meet these conditions.


Return Shipping

The cost of returning items is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received was incorrect or defective.

Customers are encouraged to use a tracked courier service for returns.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Photos of the item
• A description of the issue

We will review the issue and arrange a suitable resolution.


Refunds or Replacements

Once a returned item has been received and inspected, PureWeave will determine whether a replacement, exchange, or refund is appropriate.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed using the original payment method where possible.
